La Bien Assise Holiday Park near Calais was our last night in France.  A beautiful park within the grounds of an 18th century Chateau, restaurant, pool etc.  We had a brilliant french lunch at the french restaurant in the park. Tomorrow off to the channel tunnel.

La Vacquerie - France

La Vacquerie was another stop over on the way to Calais, camped beside a farm.  Very cold, rainy and windy. Cooked up some Italian sausages, mash and onions, washed down with french wine.

Montwiller - France

October 3rd, travelled from Switzerland to France on the way back to Britain.  Stopped in a tiny French town called Montwiller.  Same as other cute towns butcher, patisserie etc.  Camped on a clear brook which was in the middle of town.
